I'm Dana McNutt... I've studied architecture and design for 20 years. My husband and I have built several classically-inspired homes for ourselves. After spending years hand-sketching home designs, I now use software to turn my sketches into formal plans.
I create custom home plans with timeless appeal as well as offer design consulting services. I can help you select finishes and fixtures that tell the style story of your home whether it's a craftsman bungalow, modern cottage, or rustic farmhouse. I can create photo-realistic exterior and interior renderings to take the guesswork out of making decisions.

My Philosophy
I aim to create homes that have the character and comfort many new homes lack. Have you ever visited a home and was struck by how cozy and comfortable it was? I understand the elements that make older homes inviting and can incorporate these into floorplans that function for modern life.
